BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate quality of life (QOL) using the EuroQOL-5 dimensions (EQ-5D) index and to examine factors affecting QOL in patients with an osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). METHODS This ambispective study used a questionnaire interview. Patients over 50 years old with an OVCF at least 6 months previously were enrolled.
