QoS Parameters to Network Performance Metrics Mapping for SLA Monitoring

  title={QoS Parameters to Network Performance Metrics Mapping for SLA Monitoring},
  author={Hyo Jin Lee},
Service Level Agreement (SLA) is formal negotiated agreement between a service provider and a customer. Today, the importance of SLA is increasing continuously on the telecommunication market. In the SLA contract, QoS parameters that specify the quality level of service that the service provider will guarantee are included.
