Fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance was evaluated in a set of recombinant inbred (RI) lines from a cross between Russia 6 (resistant) and H.E.S. 4 (susceptible), which had one of the widest differences of FHB resistance reactions among ca. 5,000 barley germplasm accessions in Okayama University.
