Fusion proteins of cytochrome P450cam with putidaredoxin (Pd) and putidaredoxin reductase (PdR), the two proteins required to transfer electrons from NADH to P450cam, were constructed by fusing cDNAs encoding the three proteins in the expression vector pCWori+.
