The Escherichia coli K-12 NAD-dependent nucleotide-diphosphosugar epimerase, ADP-L-glycero-D-mannoheptose 6-epimerase, catalyzes the conversion of ADP-D-glycero-D-mannoheptose to ADP-L-glycero-D-mannoheptose.
