Purification and characterization of a flavohemoglobin from the denitrifying fungus Fusarium oxysporum.

A flavohemoprotein was purified to homogeneity from the denitrifying fungus Fusarium oxysporum. The purified protein existed as a monomer with a molecular weight of 44 kDa.
