Purification and characterisation of swine serum proteinase which hydrolyses epidermal inhibitory pentapeptide.

In this paper we describe the purification to molecular homogeneity of the enzyme that cleaves the synthetic epidermal mitosis-inhibiting pentapeptide (pyroGlu-Glu-Asp-Ser-Gly; EPP) from swine serum.
