Pulse interval modulation-dual header (PIM-DH)
@inproceedings{Aldibbiat1999PulseIM, title={Pulse interval modulation-dual header (PIM-DH)}, author={N. M. Aldibbiat and Zabih Ghassemlooy and Reza Saatchi}, year={1999} }
This paper introduces digital pulse interval modulation with dual header, a new form of digital pulse time modulation scheme offering increase transmission capacity, requiring less transmission bandwidth, and it has built-in frame and slot synchronisation capability. Theoretical expressions are describing the code characteristics and showing the advantages of this new scheme. Matlab is used to simulate the proposed scheme and a selection of waveforms are also presented.

The results obtained show that DH-PIM offers higher transmission capacity than PPM and PIM, and the simulation result for the slot error rate is in a good agreement with the predicted result.
