We report a 35-year-old man who presented with pulmonary hemorrhage induced by an epileptic seizure. He had experienced recurrent episodes of massive hemoptysis after epileptic seizures since the age of 28 years. He was admitted to Kyoto University Hospital with massive hemoptysis and hypoxia after an epileptic seizure of a few minutes' duration.
