OBJECTIVE The purpose of this pictorial essay is to illustrate the radiologic manifestations of pulmonary artery aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms with emphasis on the findings on contrast-enhanced CT. CONCLUSION Pulmonary artery aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms are uncommon. Most are caused by trauma, often iatrogenic, infection, and Behçet's syndrome.
