    • The invention discloses a newly-separated pullulanase-producing bacterium. The 16S rRNA (SEQ ID No.1) result analysis indicates that the bacterium belongs to Anoxybacillus sp., a sequence characteristic of a protein secreted by the bacterium is an amino acid sequence shown in a sequence table, and a nucleotide sequence for coding the protein is shown in a SEQ ID No.3 in the sequence table.
