A tension pulley for a front-end accessory drive is described. The tension pulley comprises a plurality of angled spokes, such as angled formed in the pulley ribs in order to connect an outer hub and an outermost belt interacting area. As the belt moves over the surface of the pulley, the possible malfunction of the belt running surface of the pulley are angled now due to shrinkage and filling, and the angles of the error reduces the direct impact on the belt and therefore reduces the impact… CONTINUE READING
