A complexity-theoretic model for public-key steganograph y with active attacks is introduced. The notion of steganographic security against adaptive chosen-coverte xt attacks (SS-CCA) and a relaxation calledsteganographic security against replayable adaptive chos en-covertext attacks (SSRCCA)are formalized.
