for FVIII inhibitors. These low-titre inhibitors decrease the half-life and the recovery of infused FVIII products. As the efficacy of treatment of HA patients is greatly influenced by the length of time an individual spends with a low level of coagulation FVIII [8], our data may explain the frequent occurrence of bleeding in the aforementioned patients.
