Pseudorecombinants made by exchanging the cloned, infectious genome components (DNAs A and B) of potato yellow mosaic geminivirus (PYMV) and the common strain (cs) of tomato golden mosaic geminivirus (csTGMV) are not infectious in their common host Nicotiana benthamiana.
