Pseudo-osteomyelitic crisis upon presentation of Gaucher disease


We report on a 4-year-old boy adopted from Paraguay who presented with an acute onset of thigh pain. Initial clinical, imaging, and histopathologic findings suggested florid osteomyelitis.
