We have investigated the fusion of phospholipid vesicles induced by lysozyme and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH). Vesicles were composed of dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine/dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine/ cholesterol (DMPC:DOPE:Chol, 2:1:1).
