  • The protective effects of a Platycodi radix (Changkil: CK), the root of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC (Campanulaceae) on carbon tetrachloride (CC14)-induced hepatotoxicity and the possible mechanisms involved in this protection were investigated in mice.
