This paper proposes the students' learning assessment by using fuzzy logic. The framework of practical learning system for computer discipline is also presented to explain a conceptual design of an intelligent tutorial system. The proposed framework composes of six components including interface module, domain knowledge, inference engine, student module, mentor module and pedagogical module.
