Abstract

A 4-month-old girl presented with myoclonic seizures and an electroencephalogram showing hypsarrhythmia. Hyperglycinuria and a cerebrospinal fluid to plasma glycine ratio of 0.2 suggested the diagnosis of non-ketotic hyperglycinaemia.
