BACKGROUND Restrictive allograft syndrome (RAS) is a novel form of chronic lung allograft dysfunction after lung transplantation. RAS is characterized by restrictive physiology and peripheral lung fibrosis. The purpose of the study is to analyze progression patterns of RAS.
