BACKGROUND Stress echo (SE) may have a role in the outcome in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). OBJECTIVES The aim was to assess the prognostic value of SE in a retrospective multicenter study in HCM. METHODS We enrolled 706 HCM patients.
