Using Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarrays, we analyzed mRNA gene expression patterns of 12 primary pediatric rhabdomyosarcomas (RMS) and 11 Ewing's sarcomas (EWS), which belong to the small round blue cell tumors (SRBCTs).
