This study aimed to evaluate the production of cordia (Cordia trichotoma) ministumps of seminal and asexual origin, as well as the effect of the naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) on the rooting of mini-cutitings. Seedlings and plantlets from rooted cuttings were pruned to form a clonal mini-hedge. The ministumps were fertirrigated with three concentrations of nutrient solution and they were evaluated for survival and production of mini-cuttings. The mini-cuttings were or not treated with 1000mg L-1…

Rooting competence of mini-cuttings of Cabralea canjerana clones in different seasons
TLDR
The results indicated thatCanjerana clones can be selected for adventitious rooting competence of minicuttings during different seasons, and that canjerana mini-cuttings should be cultivated for 63 days in a rooting chamber portugues.
Early selection of Cabralea canjerana for propagation by mini-cutting
Abstract: The objective of this work was to define an early selection strategy to identify Cabralea canjerana (Meliaceae) clones with high multiplication rate. A mini-garden of 109 clones of
Seleção precoce em Cabralea canjerana para a propagação por miniestaquia
TLDR
An early selection strategy to identify Cabralea canjerana (Meliaceae) clones with high multiplication rate is defined, which increases experimental precision in evaluations of traits associated with plantlet growth and quality.
Vegetative propagation and application of clonal forestry in Brazilian native tree species
TLDR
This review aims to help understand the different types of techniques used and their application on the vegetative propagation and clonal forestry of Brazilian native tree species, besides proposing a schematic sequence of the stages involved in these processes for productive and environmental purposes.

Propagação vegetativa de Cordia trichotoma (Vell.) Arrab. ex Steudel por estaquia radicular
TLDR
It is possible to perform the vegetative propagation of C. trichotoma by the technique of root cuttings, with the highest responses in treatments with a dose of 30 mM IBA.
Propagação vegetativa de progênies de meios-irmãos de angico-vermelho (Anadenanthera macrocarpa (Benth) Brenan) por miniestaquia
TLDR
The apical mini-cuttings were higher than the intermediate, more prone to root, but the IBA had no significant effect on the rooting of the progenies, and the results of the rooting speed showed variation among the progensies.
MS salt and sucrose concentrations in the in vitro multiplication and acclimatization of potato
TLDR
Only the MS salt concentrations affected the ex vitro survival of potato plantlets; reducing salt concentration increased the survival from 94.8% to 97.5%.
