We calculate the three-point correlation function evaluated at horizon crossing for a set of interacting scalar fields coupled to gravity during inflation. This provides the initial condition for the three-point function of the curvature perturbation in the Sasaki–Stewart δN formulation. We find that the effect is small, of the order of a slow-roll parameter, and that the non-Gaussianity can be determined on large scales once the unperturbed background evolution is known. As an example of the…
Local non-Gaussianity from inflation
The non-Gaussian distribution of primordial perturbations has the potential to reveal the physical processes at work in the very early universe. Local models provide a well-defined class of
Primordial non-Gaussianities of general multiple-field inflation
We perform a general study of the primordial scalar non-Gaussianities in multi-field inflationary models in Einstein gravity. We consider models governed by a Lagrangian which is a general function
Non-Gaussianities in two-field inflation
We study the bispectrum of the curvature perturbation on uniform energy density hypersurfaces in models of inflation with two scalar fields evolving simultaneously. In the case of a separable
Primordial non-Gaussianity in multi-scalar slow-roll inflation
We analyse the non-Gaussianity for primordial curvature perturbations generated in a multi-scalar slow-roll inflation model including the model with non-separable potential by making use of δN
Conditions for large non-Gaussianity in two-field slow-roll inflation
We study the level of primordial non-Gaussianity in slow-roll two-field inflation. Using an analytic formula for the non-linear parameter fNL in the case of a sum or product separable potential, we
Non-Gaussianity from the hybrid potential
We study the hybrid inflationary potential in a regime where the defect field is light, and more than 60 e-folds of accelerated expansion occur after the symmetry breaking transition. Using analytic
Spectral running and non-Gaussianity from slow-roll inflation in generalized two-field models
Theories beyond the standard model such as string theory motivate low energy effective field theories with several scalar fields which are not only coupled through a potential but also through their
Non-linear inflationary perturbations
We present a method by which cosmological perturbations can be quantitatively studied in single-field and multi-field inflationary models beyond linear perturbation theory. A non-linear
Primordial non-Gaussian features from DBI Galileon inflation
We have studied primordial non-Gaussian features of a model of potential-driven single field DBI Galileon inflation. We have computed the bispectrum from the three-point correlation function
Non-Gaussianity of inflationary field perturbations from the field equation
We calculate the tree-level bispectrum of the inflaton field perturbation directly from the field equations, and construct the corresponding fNL parameter. Our results agree with previous ones

Primordial non-Gaussianities in single-field inflation
We calculate the three-point function for primordial scalar fluctuations in a single-field inflationary scenario where the scalar field Lagrangian is a completely general function of the field and
Non-Gaussian features of primordial fluctuations in single field inflationary models
We compute the three point correlation functions for primordial scalar and tensor fluctuations in single field inflationary models. We obtain explicit expressions in the slow roll limit where the
Enhancement of non-gaussianity after inflation
We study the evolution of cosmological perturbations on large scales, up to second order, for a perfect fluid with generic equation of state. Taking advantage of super-horizon conservation laws, it
Non-linear inflationary perturbations
We present a method by which cosmological perturbations can be quantitatively studied in single-field and multi-field inflationary models beyond linear perturbation theory. A non-linear
Large non-Gaussianity in multiple-field inflation
We investigate non-Gaussianity in general multiple-field inflation using the formalism we developed in earlier papers. We use a perturbative expansion of the nonlinear equations to calculate the
On non-Gaussianities in single-field inflation
We study the impact of higher dimension operators in the inflaton Lagrangian on the non-Gaussianity of the scalar spectrum. These terms can strongly enhance the effect without spoiling slow-roll,
Non-Gaussianities in multi-field inflation
We compute the amplitude of the non-Gaussianities in inflationary models with multiple, uncoupled scalar fields. This calculation thus applies to all models of assisted inflation, including
Non-Gaussianity from preheating.
TLDR
A two-field model for inflation where the second order metric perturbations can be amplified by a parametric resonance during preheating is considered and it is argued that the non-Gaussianity parameter could be as large as f(NL) approximately 50.
Non-Gaussianity in braneworld and tachyon inflation
We calculate the bispectrum of single-field braneworld inflation, triggered by either an ordinary scalar field or a cosmological tachyon, by means of a gradient expansion of large-scale non-linear
