Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is usually aggressive and rapidlyprogressing and metastasizing tumor. Occurrence of the this type of tumorin the kidney is considered as unusual, and few cases have been reportedso far. We present a PNET arising from the kidney in a 23-year-old femalepatient.
