Primary intradural extramedullary melanoma of spinal cord is an extremely rare tumor.It accounts for approximately 1% of the total melanoma cases.We report a case of primary intradural extramedullary spinal melanoma in a 28-year-old gentleman who was managed with surgery followed by postoperative radiation with concurrent temozolomide followed by adjuvant temozolomide.
