}This report concerns a rare case of follicular lymphoma with features suggestive of primary hepatic lymphoma. At the disease onset, multiple nodular lesions in the liver and small para-aortic nodes were detected by abdominal magnetic resonance imaging without generalized lymphadenopathy.
