BACKGROUND A retrospective clinical, histologic, and immunohistochemical study was performed in 37 cases of isolated primary cutaneous lymphoma (PCL) (22 B and 15 T phenotype). Patients with epidermotrophic infiltrate (mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome) were excluded.
