OBJECTIVE To determine the presenting symptoms, gynecologic manifestations, and optimal intraoperative management of women with primary appendiceal cancer. METHODS A multi-institutional investigation was performed to identify female patients with primary appendiceal cancer who were treated from 1990 to present.
