Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the urinary bladder is a rare neoplasm,with only a fewcases reported in the world literature. Its clinical presentation, etiology, and aggressive behavior resemble that of more common small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. Most patients present with asymptomatic gross hematuria.
