Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) is rare in Chinese children. There have been no reports on the prevalence of peripheral neuropathy in Chinese children with IDDM. This study aimed to determine prevalence of subclinical peripheral neuropathy in Chinese children with IDDM.
