Patterns of resistance in β-lactamase-producing Enterobacteriaceae family were investigated in isolates from 141 meat products (beef, poultry and pork) purchased in Spain. The strains that grow in ChromID ESBL agar plates were confirmed using the paired disk diffusion method.
