This prospective study examined the prevalence, clinical features, and risk factors of osteonecrosis of the femoral head among adult sickle cell disease patients in Guadeloupe. Screening of osteonecrosis of the femoral head was performed using radiography, bone scintigraphy, and tomodensitometry.
