PURPOSE To predict the invasiveness of urothelial bladder carcinoma using a logistic regression model on preoperative peripheral blood samples. PATIENTS AND METHODS Hospital data of patients operated for urothelial carcinoma were reviewed retrospectively. Preoperative blood samples were collected before the first cystoscopic examination.
