A method based on capillary electrophoresis-electrospray-mass spectrometry (CE-ESI-MS) was developed to qualitatively characterize natural antioxidants from rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) in different fractions obtained by pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) using subcritical water.
