Randomized clinical trials for patients with invasive fungal infections (IFIs) are often limited or precluded, necessitating alternate sources of information. The Prospective Antifungal Therapy Alliance (PATH Alliance) is a registry that collects data on patients with IFIs at medical centers in North America.
