In 1955 we published a least squares adjustment of the fundamental atomic constants1. Since that time several corrections and revisions2–5 have been applied to the 1955 data, but no complete reanalysis had been made. We have now completed a new analysis of all of the old data and of the host of new data which has become available since 1955.
