Abstract

Four hundred sixty-two nalidixic acid- and/or ciprofloxacin-resistant Salmonella isolates were examined for presence of quinolone-resistance mechanisms. A total of 339 amino acid substitutions were identified in GyrA (204) and ParC (135).
