Camptothecin (CPT)-loaded nanoparticles were prepared using poly(dl-lactic acid) (PLA) and poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(propylene glycol)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) copolymer (PEG-PPG-PEG), and examined for particle characteristics, in vitro release, pharmacokinetics and efficacy.
