Preparation and antitumor activity of a polymeric derivative of methotrexate.

Abstract

A polymer-drug conjugate was developed by conjugating amino bonds of methotrexate (MTX) to succinoylated α,β-poly[(2-hydroxyethyl)-L-aspartamide] (PHEA).
