Chemotherapy research highly prioritizes overcoming the multidrug resistance (MDR) in human tumors. Liposomal formulation of fluoxetine, as a fourth generation chemosensitizer, was constructed and characterized for percent entrapment, release profile, morphology, particle size, zeta potential and stability.
