OBJECTIVE Central renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in regulating body fluid balance. The present study determined the effect of maternal dehydration on brain expression levels of angiotensinogen, angiotensin II receptor subtypes, and dipsogenic responses in offspring.
