Setting: A case study of a woman with presumed premature menopause is presented. Results: After more than 4 years of premature menopause judged by subjective symptoms, bleeding history, and postmenopausal levels of gonadotropins, a woman conceived spontaneously 2 months after the start of hormone replacement treatment (HRT).
