Preliminary optimization of solid-state phytase production by moderately halophilic Pseudomonas AP-MSU 2 isolated from fish intestine

The production of extracelluar phytase by Pseudomonas AP-MSU 2 isolated from the estuarine fish Etroplus suretensis was investigated in solid-state fermentation.
