Abstract
Time and frequency transfer method using code and carrier phase by BDS has been developed by NIM. The CCD and long baseline results are comparable with GPS. The standard deviation of the BDS P3 code and carrier phase results in the CCD experiment could be better than 1 ns and 100 ps with one day measurement.
