OBJECTIVE To evaluate the safety of glucocorticosteroids (GCS) in pregnancy. STUDY DESIGN The Israeli Teratogen Information Service (TIS) prospectively collected and followed 311 pregnancies counseled regarding systemic use of different GCS in the first trimester.
