Levodopa-induced dyskinesia represents disabling complication of long-term therapy with dopaminergic drugs in treating Parkinson's disease (PD). Recently, our group demonstrated that PD patients with levodopa-induced dyskinesia were characterized by abnormal volumetric changes in the inferior prefrontal gyrus.
