The purpose of the present study was to evaluate nurses' intent to stay at work and to determine the associations between intent to stay and various predictors. A sample of 108 nurses at a single tertiary care hospital filled in a questionnaire on intent to stay, satisfaction at work, satisfaction with administration, organizational commitment and work group cohesion.
