BACKGROUND Clinical and radiologic predictors of cerebral infarction occurrence and location after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage have been seldom studied. METHODS We evaluated all patients admitted to our hospital with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage between 1998 and 2000.
